Share a good thing - Berhasil Diet !

Tahu lah ya.. last week we've all been enjoying the holidays . Dan oleh-olehnya adalah perut maju beberapa centi , pinggang melebar , and also pipi chubby melanda .
As a girl , saya sedikit risau dan galau ( not because of love pastinya... ) , tapi karena jarum timbangan yang bergerak ke kanan .
Oh My Lord .... 54 kilo ?? 4 kilo dalam seminggu ?? what a good news ... LOL :p

Dan kabar buruknya adalah beberapa hari lagi , I have to wear a party dress in size small .. can u imagine ???? gaun itu bakal berbentuk seperti 'dadar gulung warna pink ' .. hehe ..

Well, ok I'm gonna start to share the diet tips for u guys ...
Hopefully.. it works for u...

1 . Wajib banyak minum air putih ( kalo bisa air yang mengandung oksigen ) . Minimal 10 gelas per hari. Lebih banyak lebih baik ....
2 . Konsumsi buah pepaya ( ini buah murah meriah sehat mujarab euyyy... ) . Manfaat pepaya sendiri itu banyak banget selain bagus untuk diet , juga bagus banget for ur skin ... jadi lembab n kinclong ...
Makan buah pepaya nya tiap kali mulut pengen mengunyah alias laper mulut .
Jadiin pepaya pengganti cemilan2 ga sehat yang biasa kita konsumsi.
3 . Coba deh makan agar2 tawar . Bikin agar2 tanpa gula gitu... ini juga bagus banget untuk pencernaan. Awalnya emang rada gimana gitu rasanya ... ( tapi kalo yang ini saya sudah rajin mengkonsumsi nya setiap hari selama 6 bulan ) . And it works !
4 . Olahraga itu wajib tapi biasanya malesnya minta ampun dehhh... Ya, demi body ideal.. ambil waktu 20 menit ajaaahhh untuk olahraga.. bisa jogging atau jalan2..trus kalo mo bobo.. abis berdoa tentunya, sit up dulu 40 kali .. baru sleeping beauty deh :) - mengurangi perut buncid .
5. Ini wajib banget untuk mengurangi makanan yang mengandung karbohidrat, tapi jangan ekstrim ya.. dikit2 perlahan2 tapi pasti aja.. nasi and mie itu harus dianggap haram ! hehe...
6. Kalo pagi waktu sarapan ... minum jus tanpa gula . ( I always drink a glass of apple n tomato mixed juice ... everyday ).
7. Jam istirahat ga boleh di tawar. Hilangkan kebiasaan Insomnia deh.. soalnya waktu kita tidur malam , metabolisme tubuh kita bakalan bekerja , dan itu bisa bikin tubuh sehat dan berat badan ideal di depan mata.
8. O iya... kalo lagi makan.. usahakan mengunyahnya sampe hancur, jangan keburu di telen aja... itu bisa meringankan beban kerjaan usus kita, dan pastinya bikin kita cepet kenyang .
9. Makan malem itu bukannya ga boleh . Tapi maksimal jam 6 sore lah ya... kalo lewat dari itu, bahaya penggelembungan perut..
10. Banyakk ya tips nya.. tapi emang ini berhasil lho.. Yang terakhir nih, kurangin minyak2 gorengan dan cemil2 biskuit kesayangan..

Sejujurnya saya melakukan segala usaha , soalnya ga brani deh kalo konsumsi2 obat diet gitu..( dulu pernah pake obat diet..tapi pas brenti malah berat bdn naik lbh banyak... called efek yoyo ).
Pastinya diperlukan kemauan yang kuat, harus punya target , harus disiplin .
Saya berhasil turun 3 kilo dalam 4 hari ini . Dan masih pengen aja nurunin 2 kilo lagi sampe hari H pake gaun mini size itu...

Ok guys...

Guided by FAITH

As I promised in my previous post. I would have much to tell you guys about the goodness of my God my Jesus in my life. New life I had never imagined before...

And I know now.. it's all been written in the word of God :
( It all happened guys.... )

However, as it is written:

“What no eye has seen,
what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”—
the things God has prepared for those who love Him ..
- I Corinthians 2 : 9 -

The promise of God is really real and happened in my life..
Yes it takes a big decision for me to walk in faith and be obedient to God. Coz it is not easy to leave my old life ( my comfort zone ) and start a new life. But that's all I need to do, so I can have His promises and see His glory in my ordinary life...

Since I took the decision for a new life. Lord took me to live in full submission to Him. God taught me about faith, true faith, and persevere in it...
Its may not be as easy as I imagined, but He promised to always make me strong and keep my life safe through all things in my life ...
( as He taught me last night through his word in Hebrew 12-13 ~ He will teach us as His children. And His teachings are good to purify our lives. Whatever happens ..God wants us to have a strong and unwavering faith in Him.. )

He told me a lot about my purpose in life. I have to pursue immortality 'kingdom of heaven' , therefore He constantly guided me in the right life ..
Honestly , sometimes I feel so weak and helpless. I realize my soul desire is too strong .. and it often made ​​me almost fall again and again . But His hand has never let me go .. He continued to support me all the time ...

Guys.. if God has called me back and took me back in His amazing plan, I believe that He would have called you also live in His righteousness ..
Listen to His call and see His glory . Don't waste our life for something that is not eternal , it doesn't bring goodness in our lives..
live in the truth ... and you will see His Glory....

It's been a long time I did'nt write my daily life story on this blog. So many things has changed, and especially about my different life ( a better life and heart ) . God changed my life. all changed. yes even though my 'single' status has not changed into ' taken or in a relationship' hahaa.... But a lot of amazing things that I really need to share for all of you guys. Its all about the miraculous deeds of the Lord Jesus in my life....

It will be a very long story. maybe not in a one post I can write this amazing story :)

The first new thing now is my ministry at a Christian radio ( Sangkakala FM ) as an announcer. One thing I have long wanted, and now God allows in my life .. it's just like a miracle for me. Finally God brought me here... into a place that can build up my life also my new heart and spirit.
Have Work in the fields of God or ministry was very influential for my life. I am blessed by many things, opened many new cases in life, and made me ​​more understand how great the love and power of God in this life.

I felt and I know the Lord led me to walk in His plan and teach me for getting to know him...
He loved me and wanted me to be more intimate with Him in every way ...

Yeah all changed, but life challenges and problems did not just disappear. But I believe God's hands always keep my life safe. And I understand .. everything that happens in my life are God's perfect design to bring me into the truth and the kingdom of heaven.
Lord teach me a lot to be truly follow Him.

I truly feel a great peace in my life . I do not want anything else .. I just wanted to get as close to the Lord Jesus .. because I know He has first loved me and always wanted to be close to me..

one more amazing thing of my new life .. It's about God's great protection .. God did'nt want me to fall and lie because it goes in a bad situation and meet with wrong people. Lord took me away from that bad environment and community with His amazing way of , then took me to the better situation that led me to the goodness and righteousness and also give me right people , right friends . Friends who could build my spirituality and can together grow through God's word.

and the last of this post is about How God shows His love through my family ...
I just thank to God for giving me the best Papa, Mama, My Sister Eve, My brother Sem , My nephew Daven , My Brother Oscar...
I love this Family so much .... I can't explain how great this feeling... Thank You Jesus for this great blessing in my life.. My beloved family...

Honestly, I still need to write this amazing story about How God makes my life better and changed all things into a good things...
But.. I need to start my holiday in this independence day of my Country ...hehe

Keep on Fire with Jesus...
